Shipping Information:
Orders can be filled usually 2-5 business days, depending on where they are being shippped. It can take 7 days, if our warehouse does not have the product immediately available. We do have secondary and an alternate 3rd supplier we also contact for product supplies.
Refunds and Returns - Cancellation Policies:
We do charge a 10% restocking charge for refunds and returns made within 30 days. We also require notice within three days of your order placement for your order to be cancelled.
If you are returning an item purchased thru us, please e-mail us notification you are returning your item. If you have a tracking number, we would appreciate being sent it, so we can track your shipment to us for confirmation purposes. After we receive the item in the same condition sold, we will notify you of its return and when you can expect your credit back to your account.
